No.124, Brighton

As Design Lead at GuestHouse Hotels, I worked across the visual identity and branding implementation of the hotel groups newest venture; No.124, Brighton. This included art-direction for photoshoots, branding design, printed collateral and designing promotional content for GuestHouse’s meta channels.

In addition to enhancing the overarching group branding, I developed a new logo design for No.124, drawing inspiration from its interior aesthetics to achieve a sense of simplicity and elegance. Furthermore, I refined the brand guidelines, introducing a bespoke colour palette and typography tailored specifically for the hotel. The muted blue tones not only complemented the existing GuestHouse palette but also evoked the essence of Brighton's seaside charm.

A series of social reels and testimonial-led postcards for GuestHouse, featuring a bar launch at No.42 Margate, room tours in Margate and York, and heartfelt guest quotes promoting all three locations across Meta platforms.

I led the branding and creative direction for GuestHouse hotel's newest F&B offering: the Pearly Cow Oyster Bar. Opening in April 2024, it will feature small plates, organic wines, and a relaxed seaside dining experience. I commissioned a custom illustration which adds a touch of artisanal charm and captures the essence of the restaurant’s coastal theme, enhancing the overall ambiance of the Pearly Cow Oyster Bar.

Mailer Re-design

Leading the design and creative for a fresh set of mailer designs for GuestHouse, I introduced brand-specific color palettes, interactive media, and carefully selected imagery. This approach significantly boosted engagement and consequently led to increased bookings across the GuestHouse brand in York, Margate, and Bath.
